10/25/08 Gossip picks up her first Rally leg!
12/14/08-Gossip picks up her 2nd Rally leg with a 4th placement!
She also ends the year as #1 LGRA Borzoi for the 2nd year in a row!

4/08  Shows so much why I love this bitch. Beautiful front, perfect
topline, moderate rear, deep chest, she's very close to my ideal Borzoi.

Due to my living situation and the lack of a truly reliable car (if you'd
seen the purple dinosaur of a Neon with 210,000 miles on it, you'd understand LOL),
 we weren't able to travel far in 2007. What meets Gossip got to, she took
on any and all comers and was never pulled due to fear of another dog.

Two different injuries and those darn pesky seasons, Gossip hasn't gotten out as
much as I'd like her to've, but she's accomplished quite a bit.

SGRC accomplished 6/24/07
2007 #1 LGRA Borzoi and #1 all breed bitch.
2008 #1 Borzoi, #2 all breed bitch, #7 all breed
She also moved into the top 20 all time standings!!
 

As far back as reliable current records go, Gossip is the 1st SGRC(now II!)
dog to do it undefeated meet winner and has now moved into #2 all time Borzoi position!

She is now training for agility and obedience, competing in Rally,
as well as dabbling in the show ring in between race meets!
Look for the happy brindle ticked girl in MD!

She's a ham and a joy to work with, always ready to try something new.
A jester at heart, she always makes me smile.

Gossip and a really tired me, operating on no sleep in 36 hrs. Thank you to
my friend Mary who insisted I needed this weekend after the last 18 months I'd had. 

One of the many things I love about Gossip is her rock solid temperament.

Look ma, no legs!

Unfortunately, her attention span has been too short for plastic.

Her releaser, "Uncle Charlie" commented that she'd left scorch marks at the starting line. 

My pick from birth, Gossip is a beautiful mover, gorgeously put together, beautiful expression, perfect bite, great rib spring, rubber-band flexible spine, her Grandfather Blaze's 'wide load' of a rear, and a wonderfully sweet, easy and outgoing temperament! She's never met a stranger!

Her introduction into the show ring at the Spring 2005 GNY specialty garnered a 4th place win in regular classes, handled by a complete stranger! We also came home with lots of compliments on this lovely 7.5 month old bitch, and she'll see more of the show ring and has an incredible breeding in store for her, once she's done on the field.

And this bitch is SMART!!! She's taken to agility easily and is almost a doggy Einstein: she taught herself a flip return! And also gentle as a lamb, she's been snuggling with the youngest kitty here, cleaning his ears even as he nibbled at her marrow bone. What a good silly goose girl!
